Article Information Page
As with all JustCite Information Pages, there are several different Views available via the navigation links on the left-hand side of the screen. The default view is Show All.
Show All
This view provides all of the information JustCite holds about the article, including:
- Author
- Subject Terms - legal keywords summarising the article’s subject matter. This information is added by Justis Publishing
- Abstract - a general synopsis of the article together with any particularly important cases or legislative provisions discussed. This information is added by Justis Publishing
- Publisher & Copyright Holder
- Date - the date that the article was published
- Statutes - a list of any legislative provisions discussed within the article
- Cases - a list of any cases discussed within the article
Viewing the full text
On the right of the screen is a list of providers offering the full text of the article. Because there is generally only one possible citation for a journal article there is no need to expand the citation first to see the list of full-text sources.
To view the full text of the article, select the third party database of your choice from the list. The document will open in a new window via the selected service.
Some of the third party destinations JustCite uses are subscription-based, so you may need to enter a username and password for access. Once you have logged in to the service successfully, you will be taken straight to the text of the document.
The list of full-text providers can be customised so that services to which your organisation does not subscribe are greyed out.
Statutes
This view lists any legislation provisions discussed in the article.
Cases
This view lists any cases discussed in the article.
EU Information
This view lists any EU documents discussed in the article.
